Is small lot manufacturing or built-to-order manufacturing possible?
The manufacturing method we use is good at manufacturing in small lots, so we can manufacture from one piece. In addition, high-priced products can be built-to-order. Please feel free to contact us as it is possible to commercialize with reduced risk.

How long does it take to deliver?
It depends on the quantity, but it will take about 1.5-2 months. We will respond according to the situation, so please feel free to contact us.

What kind of material can I use?
As long as it is a metal, it can be manufactured from various types of metals such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, pure copper, and brass. We will select the material according to your request, such as "I want to make it gold", "I want to make it silver", "I want to make it heavier", "I want to make it lighter".
Also, we commercialize various resins such as PP, ABS, urethane resin, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, FRP, and the product made by 3D printer. These resins would be inferior to metal in durability, but reproducibility is same and it can be manufactured at a lower cost than metal.

Is the surface processing such as plating or painting possible?
Various surface processing such as precious metal plating, painting, gold leaf stamping, and polishing are also possible. These surface processing will make products more special.

How long does it take to take a hand mold or 3D scanning?
The mold collection time is about 5 minutes per once. Normally, we take a mold twice, and we will commercialize it based on the beautiful one.
In addition, it takes about 1 second per a pose by full body scanning. In the case of handy scanning, it depends on the size and scanning range of object, it takes about 10 seconds for the face. -
Can you make any kind of hand shape?
Basically, it is possible, but there are some points that we should be careful according to the material to be manufactured.
In addition, it is possible to make hands that hold something such as bats and microphones, and hands that are holding your partner’s hand.
We can make other than hands such as feet, so please feel free to ask me. -
Can you come to the site for taking a mold and 3D scanning?
Our professional staff will visit the site and handle the hand mold taking, full body scanning, and handy scanning.
However, CT scanning is impossible for a business trip, so we need to ask you to lend the object for 1-2 days. -
Is it possible to make things other than figurine?
We have various achievements such as key chains, accessories, piggy banks, bicycle bells, belts, cutlery (plates, cup, forks), so please feel free to contact us.
